Need to download the thank-you messages for record-keeping or review? This guide will walk you through the process of accessing and downloading these messages directly from your Snackmagic treats dashboard. Follow these simple steps to get your acknowledgment messages in a CSV file format.
To download your gift acknowledgment messages, follow these steps:
🎁Access Sent Treats
At the top of the Snackmagic homepage, click on your profile icon.
Look for the drop-down button next to My Snackmagic. Click on it to reveal a list of options.
From the drop-down options, click on SENT TREATS.
🔍Locate and Open Your Order
Locate the order you want to view and click VIEW STATUS.
💬Access Thank You Messages
On the right side of the order status page, find the Thank You Messages section.
Click VIEW ALL to see the available thank-you or gift acknowledgment messages for the order.
📥Download Messages
From the thank-you messages view, click Download CSV.
The acknowledgment messages will be downloaded to your device as a CSV file.
Open the CSV file in a spreadsheet application such as Excel or Google Sheets to review or organize the messages.
