Want to make your store truly yours? The Advanced Settings let you change everything from your store's look to its features.
Navigating to Settings
Log in to your store.
Go to the "Customize" tab.
Click "Advanced Settings" on the left.
Sections
Store Titles:
Change your main store title (store name) and subtitle (description).
Store URL:
Customize the ending portion of your store's web address
Logos:
Upload your own store logo and email logo (the logo that appears in automated emails sent to recipients).
Please ensure your logo is in PNG or SVG (recommended) format with a transparent background with a minimum of 1800 pixels wide.
The updated logo will reflect across all items, excluding those you've manually designed.
If your logo has a low print resolution or a solid background, the platform will notify you that it is necessary to replace your logo.
Store Type:
Switch between a point or gift store. Learn more about store types here.
Points Sharing/Exchange:
Let recipients give and receive points with each other. Learn more about credit sharing here.
Personal Credit Card Purchases:
Allow recipients to buy items with their own credit cards in addition to their existing points. Learn more about personal CC purchases here.
Guest Checkout:
Allow recipients to purchase items without creating an account. Learn more about guest checkout here.
Feature Images:
Update the main image on your store for desktop and mobile views.
Login Message:
Customize the message displayed to users when they visit your store before logging in.
Important:
After making changes, click "Save to Store" to apply the updates. 🚀
