Once you have a Snappy Store created, the store will automatically be generated as a collection to send straight from the Dashboard!
1️⃣ Navigate to the Collections tab
2️⃣ Select the "Swag" tab
All of your Swag Stores and Swag Collections (Instant On-Demand, On-Demand Plus, etc.) will populate.
3️⃣ Select your Swag Collection → Continue
Note: The prices will not appear when viewing the collection via the Dashboard, but the swag items will populate according to the budget range and country set within your campaign.

Why don't prices show in the Snappy Dashboard like they do in the Swag Storefront? How are gifts calculated at checkout?
When your store is synced as a collection, the Snappy Dashboard will not display individual item prices, similar to how our standard Snappy collections appear. Instead, gift values are calculated at checkout based on the budget and countries you've set for your specific campaign.
Will item prices from the Swag Store be the same once added as a collection to the Snappy Dashboard?
No, item prices will differ between the Swag Store and the Snappy Dashboard.
In the Swag Store, prices are all-inclusive and standardized globally—each item has a single price regardless of destination, covering duties, taxes, and shipping.
However, when items are added as a gift collection in the Snappy Dashboard, prices are adjusted based on the recipient’s location, reflecting local duties, taxes, and fulfillment costs in each country.
For items marked with an asterisk (*) in the Swag Store, how is the amount calculated when sending internationally?
For items marked with an asterisk, the price will automatically adjust based on the specific country selected within your campaign once that collection is added to the Snappy Dashboard. This ensures accurate international pricing.
Is DDP (delivery-duty-paid) considered in the pricing?
Yes, DDP is fully included in the gift budget. The estimated total provided for the gift is the maximum you will pay, ensuring no additional duties or taxes are charged to you or the recipient after the gift is sent.
Can I make changes to my collection directly from the Snappy Dashboard?
No, not at this time. To make any changes to your collection, please return to your original Snappy Store to make edits. Any modifications made there will automatically sync and update your collection in the Snappy Dashboard. You can access your Snappy Store by navigating to the Swag Stores tab.
Is there a sizing chart available for each item?
Yes! If you click on an item within the collection to preview the gift, you will find its description and a detailed size chart displayed there.
