I received the wrong strength

Nicotine pouch strength can be listed as either mg/g (milligrams per gram) or mg/pouch (milligrams per pouch):

  • mg/g measures the nicotine concentration in the pouch material.

  • mg/pouch shows the total nicotine amount in each pouch — the actual strength you’ll feel.

Sometimes, this difference can cause confusion — for example, a pouch labelled 10 mg/g that weighs 0.8 g actually contains 8 mg of nicotine per pouch.

However, if you’ve double-checked and believe you’ve received the wrong strength entirely, please get in touch with our support team so we can verify your order and make it right as quickly as possible.
