Unfortunately, it can occasionally happen that pouches or cans are damaged — either due to a manufacturing defect or external factors during transport.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to open and inspect cans in advance.


How to Report Damaged Products

If you’ve received a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately and include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the damaged product

  • A description of the defect

  • A photo clearly showing the damage

Tip: If multiple cans are affected, please include one photo showing all damaged cans together.

Once we receive this information, we’ll review your case and process it as quickly as possible.
Please note that if we’re unable to verify the damage, we may not be able to issue a refund.


Will a Replacement Product Be Sent?

We do not automatically send replacements.
Our team will assess your case and, if applicable, issue a refund for the damaged items. Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout.

If you still wish to receive the product, please place a new order.
If it’s out of stock, you can click “Notify Me” on the product page to be alerted once it becomes available again.


Important

All claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
