Member Invitations

Managers and admins can easily monitor user onboarding and send invitations in bulk from the Invitations tab. This view gives you a real-time snapshot of who has joined, who still needs an invite, and who cannot currently be invited.

Where to Find Invitations

  1. In the left navigation menu, click Members

  2. Select the Invitations tab at the top of the page

This page displays a list of all members and their invitation status.

Understanding Invitation Status

Each member has a label that shows where they are in the onboarding process:

  • Joined → The user accepted their invite and is active

  • Invited → The invitation was sent but not yet accepted

  • Invitable → The user is eligible to receive an invite

  • Not Invitable → The user cannot currently be invited

You can quickly scan this list to:

✅ See who still needs an invite
✅ Identify pending invites
✅ Confirm who has already joined
✅ Clean up inactive or ineligible users

The Last Updated column helps managers track when the status changed.

Using “Invite All Invitables”

If you want to invite everyone eligible at once:

  1. Click the mail + checkmark icon to the right of the search bar

  2. A confirmation window appears showing how many users will receive invites

  3. Select Send Invites

SocialCrowd will immediately send invitations to all users marked Invitable.
