Employees can be a part of one or many crowds.

Campaigns
Campaigns are the incentive programs you assign your crowds to.
Campaigns allow you to
Set a goal for your team to achieve over a period of time. (Ex: 20 Margaritas sold.)
Set an earning window. (Ex: Each week)
Set a reward value for achieving the goal. (Ex: 1000 Points)
Connect your app/data source so the metric can be tracked in real-time. (Ex: Square)
Then the campaign will track the performance of all campaign participants.
Send reminders to all participants of their progress.
Instantly, reward all participants for achieving their goals.
Rewards
Rewards are the options members have for redeeming their points.
The rewards store includes hundreds of digital gift cards that are emailed to users upon redemption.
Point to Dollar Ratio: Every 100 points = $1
Every org can set a "Monthly redemption limit": The maximum amount members can redeem in a given month.
There are three different redemption types on the platform
Gift Cards: Digital gift cards emailed to users.
Custom Rewards: Items that orgs create in their org for users to redeem. (Company merch, PTO, Free meals, etc.)
Payroll Request: A requested amount of their wallet to be paid via payroll.
