1
SocialCrowd has a number of different Campaign types. The first one we'll explore here is Single Target.
2
As the name implies, this type of campaign tracks a single goal over a period of time, in this example selling 50 Family Packs in a week results in a reward of 250 points.
3
The next type of campaign is a Multi Target.
4
Multi-target campaigns have multiple reward points, in this example a certain number of summary store orders sold each week will results in differing reward amounts, so selling 175 orders will gift out 250 points, 190 orders will gift 500 points, etc.
5
The next type of campaign is an Ascending Range.
6
Range campaigns have different earning "buckets" that you can fall into based on a certain amount of performance per time period. In this example, you can fall into various buckets based on final payout ranges of store sales on a weekly basis, so selling $8k would land you in the 1st bucket, that gifts you 250 points, selling $10k would be in the 2nd bucket, resulting in you earning 500 points, and so on.
7
The next campaign type is Descending Range, which is opposite to the Ascending Range previously discussed.
8
This campaign type has similar buckets you can fall into based on performance, but the points rewarded out are in reverse order. Range campaigns allow you to set up campaigns for a wide range of unique campaign scenarios.
9
The next campaign type are Anniversaries.
10
These campaign types are used for things like work anniversaries/milestones.
11
The last Campaign type is Birthdays.
12
These are a quick and easy way to recognize employees on their birthdays and gift them points on that special day!
