NOTE: Changing member activation status is a feature only visible to admins and crowd managers.

To deactivate or reactive a member of an organization, click into the All Members Crowd (note, this is the only Crowd where you can deactivate/reactivate members).

2

Once inside the All Members crowd, you can use the 3 dot menu to the left of each User.

3

Once clicked, a menu will pop up, and if clicked on a currently activated user, you will see an option to Deactivate them.

4

Once you click the option to deactivate, a confirmation pop-up will show, asking you to confirm the change.

5

The User will now show as Deactivated next to their name. When a User is deactivated, their account is effectively in a frozen state until they are reactivated, so they will be unable to earn points or participate in campaigns while in this state.

6

To reactivate a user that is currently deactivated, the process is similar. Once again, click the 3 dot menu to the left of a currently deactivated user and you will now see the option for "Activate member" to reactivate them.

7

Once you click the option to reactivate, a confirmation pop-up will show, asking you to confirm the change.

8

The User will now be reactivated, and the "Deactivated" text will disappear next to their name.

9

You can also change users' activation status by simply clicking on the their status button under the "Earning Eligibility" tab.

10

Once again, you will be asked to confirm once you click to change the activation status.

11

The status button for a User will change to Paused if you confirm the change to deactivate them. To reactivate them, simply click on their status button again, confirm the change, and it will change back to Active.
