NOTE: Changing user roles is a feature only visible to admins and crowd managers.
To change crowd manager roles, click into a Crowd.

Once inside a Crowd, you can change someone's crowd manager status by clicking on their status button under the "Role" tab.

Once clicked, you will be asked to confirm the change.

The user will now show as a Manager under the Role column. To change a user from a Manager back to a Participant, you can again click the status button.

And the popup asking for confirmation will pop up again.

And now the user will show as Participant again.
