Context: All submissions are stored in a central location for easy access and filtering. You can review, approve, or reject submissions efficiently and use filters to find specific ones quickly.
Understanding Submission Statuses
Accessing Challenge Submissions
Go to the Task Management > Review Content to access all stored submissions.
Use filters to narrow results by challenge, type, status, or submission date.
Challenge Statuses
Approved: Submissions that have been approved.
Rejected: Submissions that have been rejected.
Not Reviewed: Submissions awaiting review; these may be auto-approved if no review is required.
Requires Review: Submissions pending manual approval or rejection.
Hide Incomplete Challenge Items: For challenges requiring multiple submissions, reviewers can wait until all items are submitted.
Processing: Submissions temporarily stored here due to system errors (to prevent data loss).
Needs Attention: Submissions flagged for additional review.
Favorite: Submissions marked for future reference as ideal or noteworthy.
Viewing Submission Details
Locate the Submission
Use filters (e.g., challenge type, status, or submission date) under Task Management > Review Content to narrow down and locate specific submissions.
Open the Submission
Click on the submission to view its details, including:
Challenge type
Points awarded
Status
AI-based verification results (if enabled)
Take Review Actions
Select one of the following actions to process the submission:
Approve with(out) Messaging: Approve the submission and optionally send a message to the ambassador.
Reject: Decline the submission if it doesn't meet the challenge requirements.
Partial Approval: Award partial points when only some of the requirements are met.
Best Practices/Tips
Frequently review submissions: Regularly review and process submissions to keep ambassadors engaged and motivated. Delays in approval or feedback may lead to disengagement or complaints.
Use the Favorite feature: Flag high-quality submissions for future reference.
