Introduction

  • Purpose: This guide explains how to access, customize, and manage email templates within SocialLadder to enhance ambassador communication.

  • Context: The Email Templates section centralizes all automated emails sent through the platform. Each template serves a distinct function, ensuring clear and consistent messaging with ambassadors and applicants.

Accessing the Email Templates Section

  1. Navigate to Email Templates:

    • Go to Settings Account Settings Email Templates in the SocialLadder platform.

  2. Find a Specific Template:

    • Use the search bar at the top to quickly locate a specific email template.

⚠️ Important: Each community supports only one language, and every email template consists of a single email body. It is not possible to create multi-languages versions of the same email within the same community.

You can drag and drop to arrange each feature of the email template as needed.
