Learn how to add different slideshow layouts that loops through automatically or manually on the page.

The Slideshow section block is a built-in feature located at the top section of a website's homepage. This feature is available on select Themes only.

Step 1 - Set the Slider Settings

  1. Auto-play - check the box to automatically play the slides when a visitor lands on the page

  2. Slider Speed - adjust how fast or slow you want the slider to loop through the slides

  3. Slider Height - The height of the slider can be adjusted to small, medium, or large

  4. Transparency - increasing the transparency makes the image slightly darker, decreasing it makes it lighter

Step 2 - Select a Slide Layout

Click "Add block" and select a slide layout. Each "block" represents a slide layout that loops through the slideshow section block.

You can add as many slides as you want with any of the following slide layouts:

  • Logo on Image Overlay - logo centered over a background image

  • Image Slide - headline and sub-headline text and a button over a background image

  • Video Slide - headline and sub-headline text and a button over a video background

  • Logo On Video Overlay - logo centered over a video background

  • Newsletter - email form field that visitors can fill out to subscribe a newsletter

Step 3 - Customize the Slides


Logo on Image Overlay
(not available on some themes)

  1. Choose a background image

  2. Upload your logo

  3. Adjust the size of the logo

  4. Add a URL (optional) - when logo is clicked, it will redirect to the URL


Image Slide

  1. Upload a background image

  2. Enter a Title

  3. Enter a paragraph

  4. Enter button text

  5. Paste in the button link (page you want people to see when button is clicked)


Video Slide

  1. Upload a preview image (for mobile screens)

  2. Paste the URL of a YouTube video

  3. Enter a title

  4. Enter a paragraph

  5. Enter button text

  6. Paste in the button link (page you want people to see when button is clicked)

Logo On Video Overlay (not available on some themes)

  1. Upload a preview image (for mobile screens)

  2. Paste the URL of a YouTube video

  3. Upload your logo

  4. Adjust the size of the logo

  1. Upload a background image

  2. Upload an inline image (optional)

  3. Enter a title

  4. Enter a button label

  5. Enter a URL for the inline image (not available in some themes)

Step 4 - Don't forget to save your work!
