The built-in chat feature can be found at the bottom right side of every page in your website.
How to Respond to Chat Messages
From the dashboard, click the "Guestbox" tab from the side menu. All incoming chat messages can be viewed and responded to from here.
How to Change the Chat Bubble Colors
Click the "Website" tab from the side menu
Click "Pages" from the right hand panel
Click the [edit] icon of any page
Click the [design] tab on the sidebar, then navigate to the "Chat" Settings
How to Change the Chat Button Color
From the [design] tab, navigate to the Body Color Settings, then look for [Buttons]. The button color is changed, the color is applied to all buttons in the entire website. Click here to learn more about Theme Body Color Settings.
