To switch a product to a higher rate, remove it from your Showcase and add it back. Re-adding applies the current commission rate, so the product picks up the higher rate right away. This is also how you remove or unlink a Soco link on an individual product - you do not need to unlink your whole TikTok account from Soco to change the link on one product.
When you would need this
Say a brand set you up with a special invite-only or custom rate, a deal you arranged directly with them. Soco has no visibility into private agreements like that. It only sees the standard commission links on TikTok Shop, so it can't tell that your existing link already pays you more. That means if you run "Add All to Showcase", Soco can replace your higher brand link with a standard one.
So if you have special deals on some products, it is worth not blindly using "Add All to Showcase" on those. If it already happened, or a brand raised your rate after you added a Soco link, here is how to switch the product back.
How to switch the link
You do this inside TikTok, in two steps:
Open your Showcase, then swipe the product to Remove, or tap the "..." menu on it and remove it.
In TikTok, go to TikTok Shop, then Manage Showcase, then Add Products. Search for the same product and add it back.
Re-adding applies the current commission rate, so if the higher rate is live the product comes back at the higher rate. If a brand sent you a targeted invite for the higher rate, add the product from that invite instead.
If you re-add it and it still shows the lower rate, the higher rate is not live on the offer yet. That part is set by the brand, so check with them that they have applied it to your account.
Videos you already posted
Switching the link updates your Showcase and any new content going forward. Videos you already posted keep the rate that was active when you posted them. TikTok only lets you relink a product on an existing video if that product becomes unavailable, so past videos stay on their original rate.
In short
If a product is stuck on a lower commission rate, remove it from your Showcase and add it back to refresh it to the current rate. If it still shows the old rate after that, the higher rate is not live on the brand's side yet. Already-posted videos keep their original rate.
