What is a TAP link?

A TAP link is a higher-commission product link that brands make available to approved partner agencies on TikTok Shop, and Soco gives you access to them through the app.

How it works

The flow from negotiation to your payout has four steps:

  1. Soco negotiates a higher commission rate for a product with the brand.

  2. Soco receives that higher-commission TAP link.

  3. You add the TAP link to your showcase.

  4. TikTok pays you the higher creator commission when that product sells.

What it changes for you

The same product pays more:

  • TAP links often pay 1 to 8% more than the standard public commission.

  • You keep your full creator payout.

  • TikTok bonus commissions still apply on top.

A TAP link behaves like a normal link

To your followers and to TikTok Shop, a TAP link works like a regular product link. The difference is the rate it pays you when a brand offers a higher percentage.
