Short answer
Soco cannot manage your subscription or refunds on your behalf:
Cancel your subscription for you
Issue refunds directly
You must cancel the subscription yourself, and refund requests go through Apple.
Why this works this way
Soco subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases.
That means:
Apple controls billing and refunds
Only Apple can approve or deny refunds
Soco doesn't have permission to manage Apple billing for you
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
Option 1: From the Soco app
Open the Soco app
Go to Account
Tap Manage your subscription
Option 2: From your Apple account
You can also cancel directly from your Apple ID subscription settings.
Once cancelled, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What if I want a refund?
Soco does not issue refunds directly. If you want to request a refund, you must do it through Apple.

This setup is required by Apple and applies to all apps that use App Store subscriptions. Please make sure to cancel your subscription on time if you prefer not to continue using Soco Pro.
