The trial is Apple's to give: Apple decides whether your Apple Account is offered one, and it starts the moment you sign up for Pro through the App Store. The standard Soco Pro trial is 7 days, and a link from a partner community can carry a longer one.
What happens when the trial ends
When your free trial ends, Soco Pro turns into a paid monthly subscription billed by Apple, unless you cancelled first.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or Apple charges you for the first month.
Cancel during the free trial
To cancel Soco Pro during the trial:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap the Soco subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don't see it, scroll down.
Apple's subscription screen then shows Soco as expiring on a date instead of renewing. You keep Pro until that date and aren't charged. On another device, or if Soco isn't in your list, Apple's own guide covers it: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
If the app offered a trial you didn't get
If a screen in the app offered you a free trial and you were charged instead, or showed a longer trial than you got, send us a screenshot in the app chat. Your screen is the evidence, and we'll check it with you and tell you what can be done rather than tell you it wasn't there.
