You're added to the brand's Discord channel automatically. The pinned messages cover everything you need to start: sample request link, campaign guidelines, timeline, and any brand-specific details. The pins are the source of truth for what the brand expects, so they're a good first stop.

Brands receive a lot of applications, and once their spots fill, they often stop reviewing the rest. That means a rejection email isn't guaranteed. If you haven't heard back within 5 working days, the spots have most likely filled and the brand has moved on. Nothing about you, just timing.

Not hearing back on one Retainer doesn't say anything about your eligibility for the next. Each campaign has its own fit, so keep an eye on new Retainers that match your GMV tier and content style.

In some cases, a brand will share a TAP link with creators who weren't selected so you can still join on a commission-only basis (no upfront pay-per-video, but you still earn commission on any sales). If that happens, the link comes through Soco Discord from @Yunxin, @Bilo, or @Ipek.

Brand channels live inside the Soco Discord, and you only see the ones for Retainers you've joined. If you don't see a brand channel, your application is either still under review, or after about 5 working days, the spots have filled.
