Once you apply, the brand reviews your application on its own schedule and you don't need to follow up. Most brands come back inside 5 working days, and you'll know you're in when the brand's private channel turns up in your Soco Discord.

You're added to the brand's private channel in the Soco Discord automatically. You only see the channels for Retainers you've joined, so the brand's channel appearing in your Soco Discord is the confirmation that you're in.

Read the pinned messages first. They carry the sample request link, the campaign guidelines, the timeline, and any brand-specific details, and they're the source of truth for what the brand expects.

If the brand's channel hasn't appeared in your Soco Discord within 5 working days of applying, the spots have most likely filled. Brands receive a lot of applications and stop reviewing once their spots fill.

Each campaign has its own fit, so keep applying to new Retainers that match your GMV tier (GMV is gross merchandise value, the total sales your videos drive) and your content style.

Some brands share a TAP link with creators who weren't selected: there's no upfront pay per video, but you still earn commission on any sales made through the link. When a brand does this, someone from the Soco team shares the link in the Soco Discord.
