You submit content for a Retainer campaign by uploading your video to TikTok through the brand's TAP link. Tracking is automatic: once your video is live, Growi registers it against the campaign within 48 hours. You don't need to send drafts, message the brand, or generate a Spark Code, because the TAP link handles all of that.
Use the campaign hashtag exactly as the campaign brief spells it, same spelling, nothing added. The hashtag is the first thing to check whenever tracking hasn't started.
Find the TAP link for your campaign
The TAP link is the upload link the brand shares for its Retainer campaign, and it's what connects your TikTok video to the campaign so your submission counts. You'll find it in the pinned messages of the brand's channel in the Soco Discord. Take the link from the channel of the campaign you're submitting to.
How submission tracking works
Tracking for a Retainer submission is automatic. Once your video is live on TikTok, Growi tracks it and generates the Spark Code on its own, within 48 hours of the video going live. Until tracking starts, your video can look unregistered. Inside that 48 hour window this is normal and needs nothing from you. Your submission is confirmed when Growi shows your video tracked against the campaign.
If your video isn't tracked after 48 hours
If your Retainer video still isn't tracked 48 hours after going live, check the hashtag first: it has to match the campaign brief exactly, same spelling, nothing added. If the hashtag is right, you used the correct TAP link, and you posted from the TikTok account you joined the campaign with, the problem is most likely not on your end. Two more signs it isn't: several creators in the same brand channel report the same gap, or the campaign recently launched or changed shops.
Either way, contact Soco Support with the campaign name, your TikTok handle, and a link to the video, and someone from the Soco team will investigate and chase any fix that's needed: a person answers Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. Outside those hours you'll hear back within 24 hours, and weekend messages are answered on Monday.
