Retainer payment lands within about 2 weeks of the brand approving your video. Your rate is set by your GMV tier and shown on the application page before you apply.
All Retainer payments are processed through Growi, no matter the brand.
How your rate is set
Compensation is based on your GMV tier. Higher GMV creators see higher pay-per-video rates on the same Retainer. Your exact rate appears on the application page before you commit, in the Soco Discord Retainer announcements channel or at growi.io/retainers.
When payment starts
The 2-week clock starts the moment the brand approves your final video. If they ask for revisions, the clock starts after the revised version is approved. If this is your first Retainer payment, expect a one-time setup step in Growi before the deposit lands.
Where to track your payments
Open Growi and tap into Active Campaigns. Each campaign shows the rate, your status, and what you've earned so far. If anything looks different from what you saw on the application page, message @Yunxin, @Bilo, or @Ipek on Soco Discord with the campaign name and a screenshot and we'll sort it.
