Growi handles every Retainer payout, and the money lands in the bank account or debit card you connect there.
Soco Retainer payments never use PayPal. If any message tells you to set up PayPal for a Soco Retainer, don't follow it: contact Soco Support and someone from the Soco team will check it with you.
Set up your payout method in Growi
The first time a Retainer pays you, Growi prompts you to complete a one-time payment setup and connect a bank account or debit card. You do this once; every later Retainer payment goes to the same account.
If the setup fails partway, that counts as a money problem: contact Soco Support rather than posting in Discord.
Why PearPop and Stripe appear on your payment records
PearPop is a payment processor used in the Retainer payout flow. Stripe is the deposit method: the money reaches your bank account or debit card through Stripe.
Seeing either name on your balance or payment record doesn't mean anything went wrong.
If a payout is missing, wrong, or won't set up
A payout problem goes to Soco Support, not to Discord. That covers a payment that hasn't arrived, an amount that looks wrong, and a payout setup that fails. Payout details posted in a shared Discord channel show your earnings to other creators, which is why Soco Support is the route.
Contact Soco Support from the Soco app or by email at support@joinsoco.com: a person answers Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.
Where to ask general Retainer questions
How the program works, what to expect from a campaign: those fit the retainer-chat channel in the Soco Discord. It's a place to ask alongside other creators. Keep your own payment details out of it: anything about your payout goes to Soco Support instead.
