Soco Pro starts with a 7-day free trial when Apple offers you one. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you aren't charged, and you keep Pro until the trial is over.

How long the Soco free trial lasts

The Soco Pro free trial lasts 7 days. It starts the moment you sign up for Pro through the App Store. Apple decides whether your Apple Account is offered the trial.

What happens when the trial ends

When the 7-day trial ends, Soco Pro turns into a paid monthly subscription billed by Apple, unless you cancelled first.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, or Apple charges you for the first month.

Cancel during the free trial

To cancel Soco Pro during the trial:

  1. Open the Soco app.

  2. Tap the account icon in the top right.

  3. Under Help, tap Manage subscription. Your Apple subscription settings open.

  4. Follow Apple's prompts to cancel Soco.

Apple's subscription screen then shows Soco as expiring on a date instead of renewing. You keep Pro until that date and aren't charged. If you can't open the app, Apple's own guide covers cancelling from your Apple Account: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.

If the app offered a trial you didn't get

If a screen in the app offered you a free trial and you were charged instead, or showed a trial longer than 7 days, send us a screenshot in the app chat. Your screen is the evidence, and we'll check it and put it right rather than tell you it wasn't there.
