Device Check Network Error

Stuck on the Device Check network error screen.

Do this below depending on what box you have:

Softbox Go:

Stop using the Box X app to access your APPS. Go to your List of apps and find Drivemob or LimePie in the List. This is the correct way to access your apps.

If you don't have Drivemob on your device. Do this to install the Softbox apps App back on your device. Then from with in that app you can install Drivemob:


Softbox X or Softbox Pro:

Please send us a Picture of your Softbox X or Softbox Pro that is doing this. Also include your Mailing address. This we we can send you a new box if needed. We can't do this unless you send us a picture of your old box and mailing address.
