There are a few different reasons you may see an unfamiliar charge. Late cancel charges are processed on your account a few days after the class that was missed - this window allows our team to be sure your visit was canceled or checked in accurately.
Other reasons may include, but are not limited to a beverage charge from a local studio, a charge to address a negative balance on your account, or a delayed membership payment if your autopay did not go through the first time it was attempted.
