I just purchased the New Client 2-Week Unlimited package. Why am I being charged a late cancellation fee?

When booking using any of our Unlimited options, including the New Client 2-Week Unlimited package, any class cancellations made within the 10-hour window fall under our late cancellation policy, resulting in a fee.

Please note that late cancel fees are charged the night following a late cancellation/no-show. For example, if you late cancelled a class on Monday, you'll see the charge process on Tuesday night.
