Any classes canceled with more than 10 hours' notice aren’t subject to the late cancel policy. Once the class has been canceled, you can rebook your next class. If you’re booking using a package or a 4, 8, or 12 membership option, your class credit will be returned after the cancellation. If you’re booking with an Unlimited option, no penalty fee will apply.
To verify whether a class was considered a late cancellation, go to the ‘purchases/packages’ tab in the app and select ‘view bookings’. Any late cancellations will be highlighted in red.
It sometimes takes the apps a few minutes to update after you've early cancelled a class. If you just cancelled and are not seeing your class credit returned, please give it some time to update or try logging out and logging back in again.
