How do I bring a friend ?
You can book a friend into class using our app. Before inviting your guest, make sure they have an account set up with us and that you enter the same information they put on file with us. When bringing a friend, the credit will be pulled from your active package.
To bring a guest with you to a class, follow these simple steps:
Sign yourself up for a class using our app.
On the home page of the [solidcore] app, locate the reservation.
If there are open spots available, you will see a blue "bring friend" button.
Click the "bring a friend" button to add your guest to the class!
How can I cancel a class booked with a Bring a Friend pass?
If your friend can no longer attend, they’ll need to cancel the class in the app. Any cancellations made within the 10-hour window fall under our late cancel policy, meaning the class credit associated with the pass will be deducted.
If canceled more than 10 hours in advance, your friend can use the pass to reschedule another class before it expires.
