I didn't attend the class I booked, why was I charged for it?

To book a class or reserve your spot on the waitlist, you must first purchase a credit to hold your spot. If you don’t get off the waitlist, the credit is returned to your account. If you were already booked into a class and did not attend, you will lose your credit per our late cancellation policy.
