Who is eligible for this deal?

Clients who are brand new to [solidcore] and have never made any other purchase or taken a class at [solidcore]. If this is not your first purchase or you've previously taken a [solidcore] class either through a direct or third-party booking (eg: ClassPass, Wellhub), you will not be able to purchase this offer; it will not show on the website or app.

Are there any additional fees associated with the New Client 2-week Unlimited offer?

There are no inherent fees associated with the New Client 2-week Unlimited, however class cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, found here. If you cancel or no-show a class with less than 10-hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

When does this offer activate?

Am I automatically signed up for a membership after the trial period?

The New Client 2-week Unlimited offer does not automatically transition into any type of recurring membership.
