We keep the studio temperature between 72-75 degrees to help your body warm up safely, improving flexibility and lowering the risk of injury.
Warmer temperatures help keep your muscles engaged, which lowers the risk of injury. This helps to boost blood flow, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles. While our workout isn’t a "hot" workout (like heated yoga, for example), our temperature range ensures you’re getting the most out of your workout.
The studio temperature range is designed to elevate your heart rate and metabolic rate during the workout. Over time, the temperature can help your body to adapt to stresses which improves how your body regulates its temperature.
We encourage you to stay well-hydrated before and after class, take breaks as you need to, and listen to your body during your workout!
