All [solidcore] members receive a complimentary class for a friend each month, on a rolling 30-day basis. This free buddy class can be shared with anyone you’d like, whether they’re a brand new client or have taken hundreds of classes!
To qualify for this offer, a monthly membership is required, and unused passes do not roll over to the next month—they expire after the allocated 30-day window.
Buddy passes are an exclusive perk for monthly members that must be redeemed within their home studio. They cannot be accumulated.
To use your free bring a friend perk:
Sign yourself up for a class using our app
On the homepage of the [solidcore] app, locate the reservation
If there are open spots available, you will see a blue "bring friend" button
Click the "bring a friend" button and select “”single buddy pass” to add your guest to the class
If you don't see the "bring a friend" button, ensure the class is eligible for buddy passes or check for a rolling 30-day cooldown period since the last redemption.
Members are also eligible to purchase additional buddy classes through the app at a discounted rate. You’ll follow the same steps listed above. When you get to the final step, you’ll instead select the single class option, which is available at a discounted rate!
Additionally, you may consider purchasing a single class if you'd like to bring multiple friends during the same month.

The free buddy class is available on a rolling 30-day basis. Confirm when you last used this perk in the app by toggling to Purchases - History. You’ll see the “single buddy pass” and date the perk was redeemed (rather than when your guest took class)
