How do I allow clients to reschedule their own appointments?

To set up client rescheduling;

  1. Go to Menu

  2. Click Booking system

  3. Click Client rescheduling

  4. Turn on the toggle to Enabled

  5. Click Save

  6. Click on Allow rescheduling up to, to select how far in advance you'd like to let your clients reschedule

  7. Select the rescheduling time frame using the + and - buttons

  8. Click Save setting

Note: When a client requests to reschedule their appointment, they can enter a reason for the reschedule. They can also specify if they’d like to keep the original time of their booking or cancel the appointment if you decline their reschedule request.
