How do I edit booking emails?

Customise your booking emails and give your clients all the information they need.

To edit a booking email:

  1. Go to Menu >> Booking system

  2. Click Email & SMS updates

  3. Select the email you'd like to edit:

    • Booking Accepted

    • Booking Cancellation Requested

    • Booking Cancelled

    • Booking Completed

    • Consultation Reminder

    • Booking Declined

    • Booking Reminder

    • Booking Requested

    • Booking Updated

    • Payment Receipt

  4. Click Edit content

  5. You can add blocks to include title, text, button, image, promo code and horizontal line. E.g. You may want to add a text block with clear instruction on how to find you or where to park

  6. Click Save

  7. Repeat these steps for all of the different emails you want to edit

To send yourself a test email:

  1. Click on the email you want to preview

  2. Click Edit content

  3. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner

  4. Select Send test email

  5. Select a booking to preview with your test email. The test email will be sent to the email address linked to your Solo account. The test email will only be sent to you, not the client
