To attach a consultation form to a treatment:
Go to Menu >> Booking System
Click on Consultation forms
Select the section you wish to attach to a treatment
Press select treatments
Toggle on the treatment(s) you wish to apply the form section to, or select all treatments. This means the form will automatically be selected for a booking that includes these select treatments.
Before saving, if you wish to preview the form, select Preview on web
Press Save
Tip - We recommend attaching treatments to consultation forms so the correct form is sent to the correct client depending on the treatments they have booked.
