How do I set my default availability for a location?

Instructions on how to set default availability for a location

To set your default availability for a location:

  1. Click on Menu >> Booking System >> Locations & Availability

  2. Click into the location you wish to update

  3. Switch to the availability tab

  4. Set your default availability for this location by clicking into the individual day. Click or hold & drag on the times that you would like to set as default. The time will show as purple when it has been selected

  5. Press save

  6. Set your advanced availability by choosing a time period from the drop down
    โ€‹This controls how far in advance clients can request bookings e.g up to 3 months

  7. Press save

What does 'default availability' mean?

This applies availability to your calendar automatically for each location. As an example, you may work in a salon every Monday & Tuesday. Instead of having to manually input this availability each week, this is automatically added and you can amend it or remove it on a day-by-day basis.
