Go to Menu >> Booking System >> Locations & Availability
Click into the location you wish to edit
Switch to the advanced tab
Set your minimum booking amount to your desired value
This refers to the lowest fee you're willing to accept bookings for e.g £20. You will need to set this on a per location basis.
