How do I create an automated email?

Send out emails to all your customers for special occasions or just to remind them to book your services

To create an automated email campaign:

  1. Go to Menu >> Marketing tools

  2. Click Automated email & sms

  3. Choose a template

    • First booking

    • Lapsed

    • Promote Website

    • Upcoming Birthday

  4. Select Edit content under Email

  5. You can add blocks to include title, text, button, image, promo code and horizontal line. We recommend sending a test email to yourself so you can check for any mistake before sending your email

  6. Click save when you are happy with your changes

  7. Click Edit trigger to edit how many days before the booking the email should be sent and at what time of day

  8. Toggle on to enable the automation

To edit the automation:

  1. Go to Menu >> Marketing tools

  2. Click Automated email & sms

  3. Click on the automation you want to edit

  4. Click edit campaign

To stop the automation:

  1. Go to Menu >> Marketing tools

  2. Click Automated email & sms

  3. Click on the automation you want to stop

  4. Click delete

Please note, emails will be sent from a no-reply email address. This means that clients cannot directly respond to these emails by replying.
