To create an automated SMS campaign:
Go to Menu >> Marketing tools
Click Automated SMS
Click + Create automated SMS
Choose a template
Upcoming birthday
First time booking
Lapsed clients
Promote booking offline
Set how many days before the clients event should the SMS should send
Set which time of day the SMS should send
Edit SMS content
Enable automation
Click Save
Due to mobile network charges, SMS messages are charged at £0.07p per 160 characters. The charge for each SMS may vary based on your chosen text, and the length of the customer and booking information included.
