To set up a Stripe account:
Go to Menu >> Payments
Under 'Set up your Stripe account', click 'Set up account'
Enter your business email address
Enter your business mobile number. You will be sent a security code to your mobile that you will need to enter to proceed with the registration
Enter the country where your business legally operates
Select your type of business
Enter your personal details
Enter your Solo booking website URL. If you haven't created your URL yet, please create this first
Enter your bank account details for the account that you wish to receive payment to. Ensure you double check your Sort Code and Account Number. This will be the account that you receive payment through for all Solo bookings where you have taken online payment
Double check all of your details on the review page and then press submit
A screen will pop up to say 'Your stripe account is currently processing...'. This can take a bit of time and you will be able to check the status of your account in your Solo app
Once your Stripe account is connected, you will be able to view your Stripe dashboard to view your earnings, pending payments and payouts for all Solo bookings with online payment
Click on Menu >> Payments >> Online Payments to review or edit how your business will show on bank statements
Tip - We recommend keeping this as your business name so it's easily identifiable for your customers
