How do I mark a booking as a no show?

To mark a booking as a no show:

  1. Click on the calendar icon at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click into the booking you would like to mark as a no show

  3. Click Mark as no-show

  4. If a payment has been made online, you will have the option to issue or a full or partial refund. If you wish to issue a refund, enter the amount you would like to refund.

  5. Click Mark booking as No-Show
