Click Assign Users, select the athletes you want to assign the plan to, then click Assign. The plan is sent instantly.
How to Schedule a Plan
To schedule the plan for a later date, pick a date and time from the calendar. It will be assigned automatically at the selected time.
Updating to a New Plan in Soma NPT
Make sure the athlete is on the Home Screen tab in Soma NPT before switching plans. The new plan will not load unless they are on this tab.
In the example below, the athlete was on the Tasks tab. Once they tapped Home, the plan updated automatically.
