Open Plan Builder in Soma Analytics and find the plan you want to update. Make the required changes. Updates save automatically once you finish editing.
To see the updated plan in Soma NPT, the athlete needs to return to the Home screen or the Plan menu, then re-enter the session.
If you delete a session that has already been completed, all data associated with that session will be permanently lost. This cannot be undone.
