What Is AHV Mode?

Updated over a month ago

AHV Mode (Adaptive Heart Rate Variability Mode) adjusts cognitive load in real-time based on an athlete’s heart rate variability (HRV). When HRV is high, tasks become more demanding, challenging the athlete to maintain cognitive performance. Conversely, when HRV decreases, the intensity of the task is reduced to allow for recovery. This mode customizes the cognitive load to align with the athlete’s physiological state, ensuring they perform at their peak while maintaining optimal balance between mental effort and physical recovery.
