How Does AHV Mode Work?

Updated over a month ago

In AHV Mode, the cognitive load of tasks adjusts dynamically based on the athlete’s heart rate variability (HRV). When HRV is high, the cognitive load increases, making the tasks more challenging to help the athlete stay focused under stress. As HRV decreases, signaling potential fatigue, the task difficulty is reduced to allow for recovery. This continuous adjustment ensures that the intensity of the tasks aligns with the athlete’s physiological state, helping maintain optimal performance and promoting both mental and physical endurance.
