Notification: Uploading Results Due to a Loss of Internet Availability in Your Last Session

Updated over a week ago

Rest assured, it’s impossible to lose your data with Soma.

All session data is securely stored on your device and only sent to our servers in Switzerland once a stable connection is available.

If you see the notification “Uploading results due to a loss of internet availability in your last session”, it means your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection was poor, and the results could not be uploaded immediately. The data stays safely stored on your phone until the connection is restored.

If an athlete says they completed a session but the results are not uploaded yet:

  1. Go to their Session History.

  2. Check for the entry:

Start Session > Open — This means the athlete started the session, the app crashed, and they reopened it.
