If your coach has assigned you a new plan in Soma NPT, simply tap the Home tab as shown in the video below. This will refresh the plan menu and automatically load your new plan. You only need to do this once each time a new plan is sent to your Soma ID. In the video below, you can see the plan name change from Soma 1.0 to Soma 1.1.
