If you need to download a previous invoice for your Soma subscription, follow these steps:
Go to Settings in your Soma account.
Select Your Plan.
Click View and Download Invoices.
All your invoices will be listed there and can be downloaded directly as PDFs.
Note: Stripe automatically generates invoices and receipts at the time of purchase.
Because Soma IDs are created after the purchase is completed, it cannot appear on the invoice.
Here’s why:
Stripe generates each invoice instantly once payment is completed.
At that point, all invoice data (amount, description, customer info, etc.) is locked.
Since the Soma ID is created after purchase, Stripe never receives that information.
To make things easier, we’ve enabled the ability to check each user’s billing details directly inside the Soma ID Archive.
If you want to check a user’s billing date:
Go to the Soma ID Archive.
Hover over the info icon next to the user.
Their next billing date will display in your local time.
