To download a previous invoice, go to Settings in your Soma account, select Your Plan, then click View and Download Invoices. All invoices are listed there and can be downloaded as PDFs.
Stripe generates invoices automatically at the time of purchase. Because Soma IDs are created after the purchase is completed, the Soma ID cannot appear on the invoice. The invoice data is locked the moment payment is processed, before the Soma ID exists.
To check a billing date instead, go to the Soma ID Archive and hover over the info icon next to the athlete's name. Their next billing date will appear in your local time.
