Working from a pre-made blank template, with all your settings already in place, speeds up your workflow and lets you customise a plan quickly. This is the key part: you want all your settings done in advance.
We strongly recommend ensuring every session includes a pre and post PFTT or PVT-B to monitor mental fatigue levels. If you need to edit your blank template, go to the inactive tab, locate the master template, and edit it. The next time you load it, the changes will be reflected.
Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Load your pre-made template
Open the template you've already set up, with each session named, the baseline comparison tool turned on, minute-by-minute mode enabled (if you want to monitor breakdowns), and any scales applied.
Step 2: Create the baseline test
Step 3: Assign it to the user
Step 4: Build the custom plan
Once the user completes the baseline test, analyse the data, then return to the plan and finish building the session based on their results.
💡 Important: Make sure the user taps HOME on Soma NPT to load the updated plan.
