Using Templates to Improve Your Workflow: Pre-Made Templates

Using a fully made template is another option to speed up your workflow. The plan is already done in advance. All you need to do is edit after the baseline if you want to customise it further around the athlete's data. This method lets you start from a fully made plan, with all sessions, periodization, and tasks done, and simply tailor each session around the athlete's baseline data.

We strongly recommend ensuring every session includes a pre and post PFTT or PVT-B to monitor mental fatigue levels. If you need to edit your fully made template, go to the inactive tab, locate the master template, and edit it. The next time you load it, the changes will be reflected.

Here’s how to do it:

Step 1: Load your fully made template

Step 2: Assign it to the user

Step 3: Edit the sessions based on the baseline data

Once the user completes the baseline test, analyse the data, then go back into the plan and edit the sessions based on their baseline results. Because everything is already built, you're simply adjusting loads, volumes, and parameters to match the athlete rather than building from scratch.

💡 Important: Make sure the user taps HOME to load the changes.
